The house is on the peninsula , almost at its tip , and has full south exposure , overlooking Kastellorizo . The location is ideal for sun lovers.

The villa is part of a larger property . The property consists of 4 identical villas, which share a pool. Normally, at any given time, not more than two or three villas are occupied, therefore peace is ensured .

 The sea can be reached from  the villa by taking a stone / concrete stairs . At sea level , a concrete platform has room for 2 guests with their towels to sunbathe   at sea level. If the platform is empty , more guests can access , but if other owners are using the platform , guests should not be more than 2. The sun loungers in   the platform  do not belong to our family so they cannot be use.
 Each villa has one reserved parking area.
 The house has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, TV.  
 In January a sewer connection to the municipality’s main pipes has been done.
